Online Registration
The Learning Management Portal (LMP) of the Civil Service College is an online learning portal targeted for serving HKSAR Government employees. This online system helps you register as a user of the portal within minutes. Please read the instructions and Personal Information Collection Statement below before proceeding to registration:
Instructions
- Please fill out the online form in ENGLISH (except the fields of “Name in Chinese” and “Post in Chinese”).
- Officers employed on full-time contract terms may also apply. To facilitate our processing, you need to provide your “Contract Expiry Date” and return the SIGNED registration form to Civil Service College (fax no. 2116-0812).
- Upon successful registration, you will receive an email with an access link for activating your account.
- If you are already an LMP user and need to retrieve/ reset your login name and/or password, please use the Forgot Password/ Login Name function. There is NO NEED to register again.
